Christmas Eve Dinner
Christmas Eve at La Brise restaurant is a unique opportunity to celebrate what really matters – close relationships with your loved ones – in peace and quiet, around a table full of festive flavours. That’s why we’ve taken care of every detail, so that you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the evening. Our Christmas Eve menu features a starter, soup, main course, a cold and dessert buffet, and drinks (coffee, tea, fruit compote, water). The whole dinner will be accompanied by live music. Come and celebrate with us at La Brise.
Early-bird offer priced at 279 zł per person, valid until 30 November 2026.
Christmas Eve dinner times: 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm or 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
Spend the last evening of the year at a lavishly laid table, with a glass of champagne and a view of the sea, which has a unique atmosphere at this time of year. A New Year’s Eve dinner at La Brise means festive splendour, great fun, live music and flavours you’ll never forget. Our menu includes a starter, soup, main course, dessert, and a cold and sweet buffet. In addition, guests will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco, followed by a glass of wine per couple.

Roman Andrzejewski
A head chef with over 25 years’ experience, he honed his culinary skills in restaurants across Europe. Along the way, he fell in love with the simplicity and authenticity of Mediterranean cuisine.
In his approach, the ingredient is paramount – fresh, high-quality and one that needs no unnecessary additions to delight the palate. He derives the greatest satisfaction from creating places and dishes from scratch and imbuing them with a distinctive, personal character.
Today, on the Baltic coast, as Head Chef at La Brise restaurant in the Baltic Waves Resort, he invites you on a culinary journey where Polish, maritime and continental flavours come together.
